Our Mission

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) affects 1 in 10 women — yet most girls will graduate without ever learning about it in a classroom. That means years of confusion, delayed diagnosis, and preventable suffering.

Our commitment goes beyond awareness — we are here to close the care gap. By bridging conventional medicine with proven holistic solutions, we ensure every woman has access to personalized, integrative care that addresses her mind, body, and long-term health.

From medical and aesthetic treatments to evidence-based wellness strategies, PCOS Alliance is creating a global network where girls and woman can find answers, feel supported, and reclaim control over their health. Become an ally today — because no woman should have to suffer in silence.

Meet the Founder

Inika Mehra

Founder & CEO

PCOS Alliance advances education, care, and healing for women affected by Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) through grants, accessible resources, and integrative knowledge that emphasizes the connection between mind and body.

The organization was founded by Inika Mehra, who began her journey with PCOS at the young age of 9. She faced a range of difficult symptoms including cycle irregularities, weight gain, severe hirsutism, cystic acne, hair loss, chronic fatigue syndrome, and mental health challenges.

Through years of navigating traditional and alternative care, Inika discovered the power of root-cause healing and turned to Ayurveda, integrative medicine, and spiritual practices to restore her health and well-being.

Recognizing that these transformative approaches often come with significant out-of-pocket costs, Inika launched PCOS Alliance to help others access the same healing tools regardless of financial circumstance. Today, the organization is dedicated to empowering women to reclaim their health and thrive through holistic, trauma- informed, and compassionate care.

We believe that when women embrace who they are and define their own future, they have the power to change the world.

Our Mission

When women understand their health, they build confidence.

When they advocate for themselves, they become leaders.

Health equity creates confident changemakers.
