Founder Named Global Finalist for Young Woman of the Year & Leader of the Year

Updated: Nov 10, 2025

Big news from PCOS Alliance!

We are thrilled to share that our founder, Inika Mehra, has been selected as a Global Finalist for the Young Woman of the Year and Leader of the Year Award by the Women Changing the World Awards, an initiative by the Duchess of York.

This global program celebrates the world’s most inspiring young leaders, recognizing changemakers who are advancing equity, transforming communities, and creating a better future for women and girls around the world.

Inika was selected as one of only 12 young women globally for this honor, reflecting her work in building PCOS Alliance into a youth-led movement for integrative care, early detection, and women’s health education.

In addition to this global recognition, Inika was also named a Regional Finalist for the Americas, spanning North, Central, South, and Latin America & the Caribbean.

This November, she will join fellow global finalists at the Women Changing the World Awards Ceremony, where the Young Woman of the Year will be announced.

We could not be more proud of Inika’s dedication to uplifting youth voices in women’s health, expanding access to integrative care, and building a future where every girl can understand her hormones, own her health, and lead with confidence.

Stay tuned for updates from the awards ceremony this November, and follow @pcosalliance via Instagram for behind-the-scenes moments!
