PCOS Alliance Partners with Stanford University School of Medicine HealthEDU to Advance PCOS Education

Updated: May 17

PCOS Alliance was honored to partner with HealthEDU at Stanford University School of Medicine for a meaningful and evidence-based session exploring the etiology, diagnosis, and ongoing stigma surrounding polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

The conversation brought together clinical expertise, compassionate care, and lived experience, creating space for deeper dialogue around one of the most misunderstood women’s health conditions.

We are deeply grateful to the Health EDU team for grounding the science in empathy and intentionally creating space for our founder, Inika Mehra, to share the patient perspective.

From thoughtfully curated educational resources to small but meaningful touches, like DIY heating packs designed for comfort and care, every detail reflected a shared commitment to de-stigmatizing women’s health and reimagining what patient-centered education can look like.

This is how we move from awareness to action in PCOS care.
