We are proud to announce that PCOS Alliance founder Inika Mehra has been honored with two Bronze Awards at the Women Changing the World Regional Awards for the Americas: Young Woman of the Year and Leader of the Year.
Following her selection as one of 12 Global Finalists, Inika was also a finalist in the Regional Awards representing North, Central, South, and Latin America & the Caribbean, earning Bronze recognition in both categories.
The Women Changing the World Awards, presented by Dr. Tererai Trent, celebrates leaders advancing equity and transforming communities worldwide.
Since founding PCOS Alliance in November 2024, Inika has reached over 7,000 people across two countries through partnerships with healthcare institutions, universities, and community organizations, focusing on early detection, improving metabolic health, and integrative healthcare approaches that address root causes of PCOS and chronic disease.
This recognition celebrates PCOS Alliance's work transforming how women understand and manage their health before symptoms become chronic conditions. We believe the future of healthcare is holistic and addresses real root causes.
