Reclaiming Your Rhythm: An Integrative Path to Healing PCOS
This Women’s Health Month, join PCOS Alliance at Venture Dock, with the support of UNICEF USA, for an intimate evening of conversation, education, and connection centered around women’s hormonal and metabolic health.
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) impacts millions of women, yet many are left navigating symptoms, conflicting advice, and feeling unseen in the process. This fireside conversation was created to change that.
Join us for an honest, expert-led discussion exploring the root causes of PCOS, integrative approaches to healing, stress and nervous system regulation, and how to better understand your body with greater clarity and confidence.
Featuring Dr. Aditi Dave, a physician trained in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics with over 18 years of clinical experience. Dr. Dave has served as a faculty physician across leading academic and hospital institutions and currently serves as Associate Program Director for Integrative Ayurvedic Medicine at the UCSF Osher Center. Her work bridges modern medicine with integrative healing modalities, including Ayurveda and mind-body medicine.
Moderated by Inika Mehra, Founder of PCOS Alliance, this interactive experience invites attendees to ask real questions, gain practical insights, and connect with a community that truly understands.
